RESERVATION POLICIES
• All Manila For A Day tours are strictly private. Clients are never grouped with others to protect the quality of the tour program.
• Clients will receive a billing statement and service contract within 24 hours of submitting an inquiry or reservation request.
• A reservation is only confirmed after full payment is received on or before the deadline stated in the billing statement.
• If full payment is not received by the deadline, the requested tour schedule may be released to other interested guests.
• Credit card transactions are processed through PayPal. Online transfers, cash deposits, and check payments are directed to a BPI account.
• For check payments, funds must clear at least seven (7) banking days before the tour date.

TARDINESS POLICIES
• The guide will wait a maximum of 30 minutes from the scheduled start time. After this window, the tour will be considered canceled with no refund.
• The tour will begin only when all registered participants are present and accompanied by the guide.
• Late arrivals will not be accommodated once the tour has started.
• Tardiness policies are strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
